Sample Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive in Madeira
Start your group vacation with a night in one of Madeira’s luxurious hotels.
Day 2: Explore Funchal
Spend the day in a private tour discovering the magical city of Funchal. A perfect mix of old world history and new world comfort.
Day 3: Madeira’s East Coast
On the East of Madeira you will find the most remote areas of the island. Top on the list is a visit to Camacha, famous as the wicker work village, The Pico do Arieiro, one of the highest points of the island, and Santana Village with its traditional thatched roofed cottages.
Day 4: Leisure Day
Time to relax. Take advantage of luxurious on-site amenities such as spa treatments, including facials, aromatherapy, body massages, and reflexology. Relax in a sauna or a Turkish bath.
If relaxing is not your thing, then take the day to visit the island of Porto Santo on the local ferry boat, walk through the Levadas (Water canals), or visit Madeira Museums.
Day 5: Madeira’s West Coast
Visit the small fishing village of Câmara de Lobos, the most famous Cape of Madeira. Then take things to new heights at the Cabo Girão, the highest promontory in Europe.
From the mountains back to the sea, you will visit Ribeira Brava a charming seaside village.
Finish the day in Porto Moniz famous for its natural pools.
Day 6: More Funchal
Start the morning with an amazing breakfast at the hotel and then visit the famous Monte Palace Tropical Garden and discover exotic plants, swans, and koi. Over 70,000 square meters of garden, Monte Palace is a must see for all visitors.
Day 7: Leaving Paradise
